This is why you don’t drink and don’t dry out.
A college student in the UK had to be rescued by local firefighters after slipping her legs into the dryer she shares with her roommates.
Rosie Cole, 21, says she and her friends were drinking wine and tequila on Tuesday night when she was challenged to enter their shared appliance, SWNS reported.
“I was with my other roommates and one of them challenged me to enter,” said Cole, a student at the University of Hull in East Yorkshire, England. “Thinking there was no chance of actually getting fit, I decided to give it a try and to my surprise it seemed easier than I thought.”

Cole climbed with his legs, and even managed to swing his hips, before realizing he was unable to uncross his legs in the dryer. Even Cole’s roommates weren’t able to help free his hindquarters from the hot little prison.
The group eventually decided to call local firefighters, although they were barely able to relay the situation without bursting into hysterical laughter, according to footage shared with SWNS.

Footage shot by one of Cole’s friends, however, seems to indicate that while they were certainly worried, they were also extremely amused by his situation.
“It might sound a little weird, but our friend is stuck in the dryer,” one of Cole’s friends is heard saying to rescuers on the phone. “Yes, in the dryer,” he repeats laughing.

The incoming firefighters were able to free Cole within 20 minutes, but her friend Lydia told SWNS that the whole ordeal probably led to a “life of embarrassment” for her friend.
“I’ll never stop making fun of her,” Lydia said.

Cole, meanwhile, claims that she and her roommates didn’t know how else to handle the situation and defends their decision to involve the fire department.
“They save the cats from the trees, so maybe they could save the students from the dryers,” he reasoned.
