A ‘Jersey Shore’ star just revealed his battle with depression and alcoholism

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, one of MTV's "Jersey Shore" stars, has just revealed that he spent a month in rehab for alcoholism and depression in an interview with US Weekly after "hit the bottom" .

Ortiz-Magro went to Headwaters at Origins in West Palm Beach, Florida for treatment, and left on February 10th after about a month.

"I decided to go to treatment because I wanted to be a better person, a better father for my daughter," said Ortiz-Magro in the interview. "In the end, all the wrong decisions I was making would take me to places I did not want to be in. I wanted to be taken to the place I am now ̵

1; this is happy, healthy and the best model for my daughter."

Skinny, a 33-year-old Bronx native, is one of the original "Jersey Shore" stars, and has appeared on several spin-offs, most recently "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation," which broadcast its second season since last August last December and saw the original cast members relax in Las Vegas and return to the State Garden. A third season has already been ordered.

"I think it's a chronic disease, it's a progressive disease, I'm still struggling," said Ortiz-Magro of his alcohol abuse. "You stop and start again, and it's worse than when you stopped." "You're like," Wow, I thought I was in control, "but at the end of the day, he has full control over you." [19659002] The news on the problems of Ortiz-Magro come less than a month later. The colleague Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino reported the prison where he will spend eight months on charges of tax evasion.
