AMD Navi 21 XT “Big Navi” GPU specification for the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card was reported by Patrick Schur who was very credible about his information. According to the reported specs, the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT appears to be a graphics card beast with crazy clocks.
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT with Navi 21 XT “Big Navi” GPU to feature insane 2.4GHz gaming clock, 16GB GDDR6 VRAM and 255W TGP
Patrick states in his tweet that the AMD Navi 21 XT GPU which is supposedly the “Big Navi” GPU that all the enthusiastic gamers have been waiting for will be a crazy chip. As per previous reports, the 21 XT GPU will be featured on the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card, but there are also reports that there is a faster XTX variant that would be even faster.

The Navi 21 XT GPU will reportedly be the powerhouse of an extension chip game clock around 2.4 GHz what are the fastest clock speeds we will see on a consumer desktop grade graphics card. This also suggests that we can expect even higher boost clocks considering that the game and boost clocks are separate, as the game clock is the average clock rate the GPU can maintain in games while the boost clock is the peak clock. that the GPU can achieve.
The GPU is also rumored to be equipped with a TGP (Total Graphics Power) of 255W. This doesn’t mean the full power of the card, but rather the GPU itself. The GeForce RTX 3080 for comparison has a TDP of 320W and the GeForce RTX 3070 has a TDP of 220W.
The graphics card based on the Navi 21 XT GPU, which is reportedly the Radeon RX 6900 XT, would have 16GB of GDDR6 memory which is also what we have seen in various previous leaks. As for the comparative measurements, the performance appears to be very close to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card, which is very impressive for AMD, and if they can cost the Big Navi graphics card around $ 499- $ 599 US then they will. have a killer 4K solution in their hands.
Rogame had already indicated at least four SKUs for the Navi 21 GPU (RDNA 2) but we didn’t know anything other than the PCI IDs. There is active speculation going on right now regarding the exact specs and configurations of each SKU in terms of core count, texture mapping unit and ROP as we now know the GPU is made up of 5120 flow processors packed in 80 CU.
Let’s have some fun 😁
By now we know that Navi21 has 80CU. We also know that there are 4 variants of Navi21:
W = water
A = Air
How many CU do you think each variant will have?
I think XE will be shrunk to 320 bits of the memory bus

According to Rogame, the Navi 21 GPU currently has the following SKUs:
- Navi 21 XTX (0x731F: D0)
- Navi 21 XT (0x731F: D1)
- Navi 21 XL (0x731F: D3)
- Navi 21 XLE (0x731F: DF)

AMD Radeon RX 6900 Series with Triple Slot Cooling Solution:
As for the designs themselves, the cooling design of the flagship Radeon RX 6000 looks amazing with the red and black design. The board features a triple axial tech fan configuration on the cover and has a large aluminum heat sink that slides underneath it. The board has an LED illuminated Radeon logo on the side and there’s a large cutout on the side to allow the fans to let the hot air out. This design is very reminiscent of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 Founders Edition series cooler. The card will be equipped with dual 8-pin power and the display ports will include a USB Type-C (VirtualLink), 1 HDMI and 2 DisplayPort connector.
The board also features a patterned back plate along with a retention bracket to hold the fridge in place. The Radeon RX “Big Navi” GPU looks like it will come in the standard 2-slot reference design, which is the same as NVIDIA’s flagship RTX 3080 but not as large as the triple-slot GeForce RTX 3090.
AMD will officially unveil its family of Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards on October 28th. The second half of 2020 would certainly be an interesting time for all hardware enthusiasts and traditional PC gamers who are looking forward to updating their PCs with better hardware.
