The fire started on Friday just before 5:00 p.m. PST, according to CNN affiliate KABC-TV. No injuries were reported.

Evacuation centers have been set up at local hotels and at Beaumont High School, firefighter spokesman Rob Roseen told CNN.
All evacuation centers will apply Covid-19 protocols such as entry temperature screening, masks and social distance, said Roseen.
Starting on Saturday evening, the the fire burned about 12,000 acres
and it is 0% low, according to the fire brigade. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
