Boeing Faces Big 737 MAX Cancellation from the Norwegian

Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA has said it is canceling its orders for 92 of Boeing Co.’s troubled 737 MAX, threatening to increase the growing financial strain on the US planemaker.

The announcement by the European discount airline arrived on Monday when Boeing’s long troubled jet began a series of regulatory test flights necessary for the plane to transport passengers again after two fatal accidents. The MAX was grounded from the second accident in March 2019.
