Chris Pratt is bringing his health regimen to biblical proportions. Literally.

The actor, 39, has updated Instagram followers on his latest diet: the Daniel Fast, a combination of fasting and Bible-inspired prayer.

"Hi, Chris Pratt here." On the third day of Daniel Fast, take a look, "Pratt said in a video of Instagram history now expired. "They are 21 days of prayer and fasting".

A website for Daniel Fast explains that it is a "partial fast in which some foods are eaten while others are limited." Most people use this method of fasting for 21 consecutive days.
