ISRO checks the claim of Pragyan’s remains on the Chandrayaan-2 rover

Chandrayaan-2’s Pragyan Rover is intact on the surface of the moon and has moved a few meters from the remains of the lunar lander Vikram, tweeted the space enthusiast Shanmuga Subramanian, who located the debris of the Vikram lander after the touchdown and then it disintegrated due to a rough landing.

K Sivan, president of Indian Space Research, said: “We have received a communication from him (Subramanian). Our experts are analyzing the same, “as reported by IANS.

The debris may have come from one of the previous payloads, Twitter Subramanian. The debris found by NASA may relate to other payloads, transmitting antennas and thrusters.

In a series of tweets, Subramanian added that commands were being sent to Vikram’s lunar lander for days and there was a possibility that these commands were received, however, he was unable to communicate on earth.

Lunar lander Vikram lost contact with ISRO following its launch from the Chandrayaan-2 lunar orbit on September 6 last year.
