A security guard filed a lawsuit against Kris Jenner is Kourtney Kardashian, claiming to have sexually harassed him with sexual comments and overtures … but Kris and Kourtney call it a “fabricated and bogus fiction”
; by a disgruntled former employee.
Marc McWilliams claims he was hired in 2017 as a security guard to watch over Kris and the family. He claims that in May 2017 he was subjected to “a pattern of unwanted and unwanted sexual advances and other harassing misconduct” by Kris. Among his statements … comments of “overt sexual nature”, comments about his physical appearance, comments about his sexual activities and comments that he is having a sexual relationship, among other things.
McWilliams states, among other things, Kris massaged her neck, shoulders, arms and back without her consent, let her hand rest on her thigh and groin, caused her pelvis to rub. against his back and / or back, and claims to have uncovered portions of his body to him. She further claims that she has made “lewd, suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments towards her and her colleagues”.
He claims that Jenner then engaged in a pattern of conduct “involving non-consensual physical contact” with him. He says he complained to the H.R. of his security company but the complaints were ignored.
Kris’s lawyer, Marty Singer, he tells TMZ, “Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately towards Marc McWilliams. The security guard worked outside the home and never even entered Kris’s home.”
Singer continues … “Kris has had very little interaction with him. After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while at work, the security company was asked not to assign him a job in the future.”
As for why he sued Kourtney too … he claims she was also responsible for what he claims was retaliation.
Singer goes on to say … “The guard never made a complaint to his employer about Kris until he came up with this absurd claim.” She adds: “Although Kourtney is mentioned in the lawsuit, she is not accused of doing anything improper with the guard, nor has she done it.”
There’s this too … McWilliams was a founding member and a close friend of R. Kelly. The two founded the musical group MGM in the late 1980s and McWilliams was also inducted into the “Surviving R. Kelly” series.
As for Singer, he concludes by saying … “It is outrageous that anyone can sue anyone in America and believe that there is no recourse when pursuing fictitious and unsubstantiated claims. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this ridiculous and frivolous cause, they mean immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys on malicious charges. “
McWilliams is suing unspecified damages.
