Without the end of the coronavirus pandemic, it looks like the protective face is here to stay.
But who says he has to be a fashion killer?
Louis Vuitton is releasing a luxury visor designed to keep fashionistas both stylish and healthy during these uncertain times.
“The LV shield is a captivating headdress that is both elegant and protective,” said the French high fashion brand in a statement.
The shield changes from light to dark in sunlight, protecting the wearer from the sun. It also features gold studs engraved with the Louis Vuitton branding and an elastic band with monogram. The visor can also be worn straight up like a classic peaked cap, Louis Vuitton said.
The visor will be sold online and in select Louis Vuitton stores starting October 30.
The brand also said it is donating thousands of hospital gowns to six Paris hospitals in urgent need of protective equipment.
