The former Suits star launched a charity clothing collection with Smart Works last September and in the virtual call a year later she heard three women who were helped by the charity.

She welcomed the “confidence” that clothes bring, which can propel women to “the next level of success”.

During the video call, the Duchess spoke with Karla, Charlene and Agnieszka, three women who have successfully landed a job in part thanks to the staging and mentoring of Smart Works. He also shared some tips for job hunters.
