NASA delays the launch of the rover to Mars until at least July 30th

You will have to wait longer than you might wish to see the Perseverance rover begin his journey to Mars. NASA and the United Launch Alliance delayed the explosion of the Mars 2020 mission from July 22 to “no earlier than” July 30. Processing problems with the launch vehicle are to blame, NASA said. A line of liquid oxygen sensors produced “non-nominal data” during an exercise session and the mission team will need more time to evaluate what has happened.

The agency has more time to launch if at least 30 doesn̵

7;t work. NASA initially donated itself until August 5, but analysts extended the window until August 15 and will determine if another extension is possible. The rover is expected to land in the Jezero crater of Mars on February 18, 2021.
