SpaceX Falcon 9 ready for the launch of the next Starlink Sunday mission



KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Florida – A Sunday morning launch from our Space Coast is available today. SpaceX Falcon 9 is ready to go with the company’s latest Starlink mission.

The weather is 70% favorable for the 8:25 am takeoff.

Falcon 9 will be launched from Kennedy Space Center Pad 39A, sending another round of 60 Internet Starlink satellites.

The satellites will join the more than 700 already in space to soon form a large orbital broadband network to provide Internet services to underserved areas around the world.

Eventually, about 1

2,000 will complete the constellation.

Less than ten minutes after launch, the Falcon 9 first stage booster is expected to return and land on SpaceX’s “Of Course I Still Love You” drone ship positioned in the Atlantic.

It is the sixth launch and landing for this booster.
