Taylor Swift fans are making fun of her ex Jake Gyllenhaal.
On Monday, the “Spider-Man: Far from Home” star, 39, took to Instagram to promote a collaboration between two charities working to help students during the coronavirus pandemic.
Gyllenhaal shared a throwback black-and-white photo – which appears to come from a yearbook – of himself wearing a pair of dark, round glasses.
“I’ve been wearing glasses ever since I parted my hair meticulously with gel (see above), which is why NEW EYES has always been near and dear to my heart. Since 1932, @neweyes_ has been providing glasses to the people who need them most, “wrote in the post caption.

The star continued: “I am thrilled that they partnered with @theinspireprojectus to create Project Human: Changing the Way We See the World, a series of speakers coming to schools and for distance learners this fall. Project Human is designed to spark conversations. focus on unity and equality. It is an opportunity for students to interact with public figures and do what they do best: keep them on their toes! “
While Gyllenhaal’s mind may be on the project, his followers were thinking of something else entirely: Swift’s song “All Too Well”.

Swift, 30, is said to have written the song, included on the “Red” album, about the actor.
“‘You were a kid with glasses in a double bed,'” quoted a fan in the comments in reference to a lyrics from the song.
“TS was right,” said another, adding the text again.
“Everything I hear is all too good when I watch this,” said another fan.
At the time of publication, the post had received over 743,000 likes and more than 6,000 comments.

YouTube star Rachel Zegler teased the actor in the comments.
“I’ll be honest dude you prepared for this,” joked the actress.
Another famous lyric from the song refers to a scarf Swift may have left at the home of Gyllenhaal’s sister, Maggie Gyllenhaal.
Also an actress, Maggie tackled the song in 2017 during an episode of “Watch What Happens Live”.
“I never understood why everyone asked me about this scarf, what is this?” she asked.
After host Andy Cohen explained the reference, Maggie said she was “in the dark about the scarf.”
