There are several apps to do on the App Store and we have already highlighted a few here on 9to5Mac. I have now tested the Smart Tasks app, which is not exactly new but has recently been updated with some iOS 14 features. The app makes organizing the whole week extremely easy.
Smart Tasks is designed to be intuitive, so there isn’t much to learn about the app before using it. Users can create as many categories as they want, so activities will be better organized. Each category has its own name and a different color.
But what makes the app more interesting is the “Next 7 Days” view which, as the name suggests, shows a summary of your week with all the activities you̵
Here’s how the developer describes the app:
See your entire week in a minimalist and interactive design. Write down all the ideas that come to your mind and look at them in one place. Avoid worrying about what to do and start doing things. Simplify your life. Put everything from your time-sensitive work to the things you just don’t want to forget.
You’ll also find options to set specific reminders, routines for recurring tasks, add notes to tasks, and more. The app also supports iCloud syncing, drag and drop support, multiple home screen widgets, and an option to import data from the Apple Reminders app.
Smart Tasks is available for free on the App Store, but some features require a $ 1.99 monthly or $ 11.99 yearly subscription. It is available for iPhone, iPad and Mac as a universal app.
